Consultation fees

At ATYU, every patient receives comprehensive treatment and care provided by individuals who have an expertise in their particular field. Each person and business with whom we operate has been carefully selected for the quality of their product or service that they offer. To our patients we offer competitive pricing for the treatments and procedures and the reassurance that the treatment will reflect the quality and care throughout.

In order to maintain our professional and ethical standards we charge a fee for an initial consultation appointment with Nurse Aaron. Our team is here to help provide you with all the necessary information and medical advice you may need to make an informed decision about your treatment or procedure.

Cancellation fees and late arrivals

Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We would be grateful if you could be sure to do so, as soon as you know, to avoid any confusion and to help us maintain our level of service to all of our patients.

Please arrive to your appointment in a timely manner, we allow a 15 minute late period however we will not be able to carry out your appointment should you arrive following this 15 minute grace period. Your appointment will not proceed, your booking fee will be kept by the company and in order to make a new booking, a separate booking fee will be required.

Booking Fee

At ATYU we require a non-refundable booking fee be paid in order to secure your appointment with Nurse Aaron. Without this booking fee, there is no guarantee that you will obtain the appointment time slot you want.

We reserve the right to keep the deposit for a booking from those people who fail to turn up for an appointment or those who do not cancel a booking at least 48 hours prior to appointment date.

Those who cancel an appointment with Nurse Aaron are able to transfer the booking fee to a new booking provided the cancellation is made known to us at least 48 hours prior to the booked date. This option to transfer your appointment is only available one time, following this another appointment will need to be made with a new booking fee being paid.

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals however, there may be times when a late arrival may result in reduced consultation time, or we may have to reschedule your appointment. Clients who exceed their appointment time by 15 minutes will not be seen and the appointment will be rescheduled.

Due to the recent amount of no-show appointments we unfortunately have had to put the following policy in place.

You will be alerted with a text message 24hrs prior confirming your appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 48 hrs of your appointment, then a note will be made on your record notifying our admin team to take full payment at the time the next appointment is made.

Use of Information

The personal information we collect is used to provide you with services you request and to operate our business efficiently. We use it for billing, identification, authentication, service improvement, research, and also for contacting you when necessary. We may use your personal information to advise you of new or updated products or services or special offers or promotions that you may be interested in. You can contact us at any time to let us know that you do not want us to use your information for this purpose. You are also able to opt out of communications from ATYU when setting up your account. If you do not provide personal information to us we may not be able to provide our services or services most suited to your needs.
